A Bushfire Threat Assessment Report (also called a Bushfire Assessment Report), is needed for developments that require a Development Application (DA), including:
- Construction of new dwellings, including dual occupancy, granny flats, as well as sheds & studios that are within 6m of a Class 1a building;
- Alterations/additions to existing dwellings;
- Commercial & Industrial developments;
- Subdivisions (RF Act s.100B).
